Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced Power Technologies TTC-1000-3A4142-TTMV63XX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aerotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aeg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bayside product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aerotech such as the 101SMB2HM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZAE201ASBZAE201 manufactured by Aeg and we are pleased to be able to service most Aeg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MB115014 by Manufacturer Bayside as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Aeg Brand AM100LT6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aeg,-Modicon such as DEA156 equipment made by Aeg,-Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg,-Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg,-Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ADU206 made by Aeg as well as the popular R5372P original spares produced by Advantest

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLMX24 by Aerotech and DEA156 spares by Aeg,-Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AER12420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matsushita.
